Ramsay puts a century of rooflines on a single grid — pre-war cottages, warehouse brick and new infill climbing the same slope to Scotsman's Hill, with Stampede Park spread out below the brow. That mix is the neighbourhood's whole argument, and ground photography crops it to one lot at a time — the slope, the skyline relationship and the drop to Stampede Park all vanish at street level.

Terrain. A gridded hillside rising from the flats along the Elbow River Pathway to Scotsman's Hill, where the ground falls away abruptly toward Stampede Park.

Wind. Chinook belt, and the brow of Scotsman's Hill takes the west wind first — the exposed hilltop edge is read separately from the sheltered streets behind it.

Airspace. About 10 km from Calgary International, Ramsay falls inside the CYYC control zone as charted. An Advanced RPAS certificate covers the operation, with the NAV CANADA RPAS authorisation secured before the booking is confirmed. On the ground. City of Calgary parks bylaws restrict launching and landing on municipal park land, so takeoff and landing are planned from private property with the owner's permission.
