From the air Riverbend resolves into two networks: the street plan branching off Riverbend Drive, and the Bow River Pathway tracing the park edge past Carburn Park — parallel systems separated by only a band of backyards. The distance between those two networks is exactly what a buyer wants to know, and it is the one measurement ground photography cannot show — a street photo cannot say how close the pathway and the park actually are.

City of Calgary parks bylaws restrict drone takeoff and landing in municipal parks and along the pathway network, so launches are staged from private property with the client's consent.
