Nearly every street here answers to the same name — McKenzie Lake Boulevard feeding its ways, greens, manors and bays — and from the air that naming becomes geometry: one collector looping the lake, courts branching toward the water. On the ground those courts are interchangeable, so a listing photo cannot tell a buyer the one thing the plan is built around — where the address sits relative to the lake and to Fish Creek Provincial Park.

City of Calgary bylaws restrict drone takeoff and landing in municipal parks and pathways, and provincial rules apply in Fish Creek Provincial Park, so launches are staged from private property with the client's consent.
