From its own streets Varsity reads as a landlocked suburb, but past Varsity Estates Drive NW the ground falls away into the river valley — invisible at street level, unmistakable from altitude. About 20 minutes from the base. Once authorisation is filed it is a straightforward same-day shoot, and Dalhousie, Brentwood or Charleswood can share the same trip northwest.
