Slow pull-back from the roofline of a large estate home with a pool, revealing treed grounds and open Alberta country beyond

The house is one detail. The pool, the path under the plum trees, the circular drive, the shelterbelt and the open country beyond it are the rest. The film moves outward from the roof until the whole property reads as a single place — which is how it is lived in, and how it should be seen.

The film begins on the roof and ends at the horizon. Everything a buyer is paying for sits between those two frames.
