Dock and marina frames on this shore inherit the roughest water state on the lake; shot on the wrong afternoon, a listing built on calm waterfront shows whitecaps against the boat lift.

The flight is planned for the calm end of the day — typically morning, before the wind builds — with an orbit off East Chestermere Marina putting still water, frontage and the property in one frame, delivered on the turnaround agreed at booking.
